Who We Are... A New Era
After many fulfilling years in the Mortgage Broker industry, it has come to the time for me to retire! I officially bowed out of the industry on June 30th, 2026.
It has been a true privilege to work with you all, and I want to express my deepest gratitude for the trust, loyalty, and support you have extended to me over the years. Your Loan HQ, and previously, Crossing Road Mortgages, would not have been successful without the trust and support of all of my clients, and business partners.
I have experienced many changes in the mortgage and finance industry in the last 19 years, and I am sure there are many more to come. Being a business owner for the last 12 years has been an amazing experience, which has taught me so much, and one I would never have imagined doing when I first started in the finance industry back in 1997 with Adelaide Bank.
The role of a Mortgage Broker for borrowers is more important now than ever, particularly with the new tax rulings affecting borrowing capacity, and ever-changing lender policy. I want to assure all of my clients, past, present, and future, that your financial wellbeing is important to me.
With this in mind, I am pleased to introduce you to Leath Margrie, a highly skilled and trusted mortgage broker who is taking over the Your Loan HQ portfolio. Leath shares my dedication to personalized service and will continue to provide you with the exceptional care you deserve.

Leath has been in the lending game since 2003, which means he has seen a lot of change over that time too. He thrives on finding solutions for his clients, whether they are employees or small business owners, first home buyers, or seasoned investors.
Bringing his trouble-shooting skills from previous trade roles, Leath is a proficient problem solver, and highly experienced Mortgage Broker. Using his patient and caring approach, complex experience, and expertise, in conjunction with associated contacts around Australia, Leath continues to support clients through tough pain points and take advantage of exciting growth opportunities.
As I embark on a well-earned retirement, coupled with buying a new home in Mannum, Leath is looking forward to learning your story and hopefully open some new opportunities to help you grow!
